i have worked for them for few years now,i loved the work even though it can be challenging. been told good enough for protion, promised promotion twice and both times been let down as either the power tripping area manager prefers to hire someone completly new and retrain them or they decide they dont have a possition available anymore.when its them comin to you and offering promotion i dont think its on to mess people about. not just me its happened too.avoid |

Thumbs down. The pay was REALLY good but its getting worse every year. Their business ethics resemble the nazis. District managers are like vendictive highschool cheerleaders (and about the same age and qualifications). Trust me, take a job paying less. YES, I am a former disgruntled employee. If you take a job with aldi's you will be too! |

This is the worst company that anyone could work for. Aldi thinks because they pay you a little more than other co's they can treat you like a slave. |
