| Comments: | Thumbs down. The pay was REALLY good but its getting worse every year. Their business ethics resemble the nazis. District managers are like vendictive highschool cheerleaders (and about the same age and qualifications). Trust me, take a job paying less. YES, I am a former disgruntled employee. If you take a job with aldi's you will be too! |

| Business Ethics Grade: | F (20%) |
| Comments: | WOW where to start. A business ethic of treating employees like S*&t and getting away with it. District Managers are like the stuck up, vendictive cheerleaders of your highschool years (and about the same age). But with less morals and appreciation for a fellow worker. I guarantee you'll be replaced before they let you go if you don't conform to their communistic ways of running a business. They pay great and if your ok with constant bashing from superiors, long hours, and lack of a family life then this is right up your alley. They actually try to make you feel like a piece of crap until you actually believe what comes out of their mouth is true. Thumbs down in my opinion. Take a job making less. It'll be more rewarding. |
