| Comments: | Take a serious look at Michael's... one of the best opportunities out there for retail employment. Of course there are a few areas that could be improved but EVERY company has some. Overall this is a terrific company. Disregard the two negative responses online - had to be disgruntled past employees, probably some of those that don't want to do their jobs! I highly recommend Michael's and Aaron Brothers!!!!!!!!! |

| Comments: | Michael's is a great company with excellent benefits available - at your choice. The challenges that need to be looked at relate to some of the employees... There are a couple areas that need improvement however - need to restrict use of cellphones WHILE working ... too much texting goes on. Also policy regarding dating should be reviewed -- interfers with work assignements. Lastly, need to do interim drug testing. There's a lot of abuse going on.$ |

| Comments: | Overall - great company. However everyone knows the open door policy is in name only. If you try to report a situation that needs attention in a specific store -- they take it to the store manager, who may be the problem! Then the employee is rebuked or fired!!! |
