General Comments: If no other job is available to you, ACI will serve as a below average stepping stone. Be very carefull in what you sign when you hire in. They will bill you at almost 20% more for every tool the hand you, becarefull that you check your tool sheet when you hire in, as 6-10 months later when you leave you WILL buy them more tools than they had when you started.
Just be warned... Everything about the company is Shady at best. They will abuse you, and fire you at will. |

Comments: Shady L2R program proves benificial to the company only! Company holds its staff liable for all damages incidental or neglegent. Company demands a 6day work week, requiring no less than 12 hours perday. Turnover rate is about 70% in almost every case I have witnessed the emloyee was not fired but forced to quit so as the company would not be liable for unemployment. They will find a way to run you off, almost anyway possible. |

Comments: Overall the company uses strong arm tactics to maintain contracts with the nations cable providers, this is done by providing false reporting of avilable "Trucks". You better get used to being called a "Truck" as ACI see's the men and women who fill its ranks as mere "revenue generating trucks"
Due to the cable systems that ACI provides install and construction services for, the work product is maintained only because the companies that offer cable service demand quality, ACI sacrifices customer satisfaction by over working its staff.
If your a backstabbing, unethical, munipulitive person you will have ample chances to grow within ACI... ACI see's one color and that color is green, no matter the cost. |

Comments: Compensation wise you can still earn a decent check, however be mindfull of the many ways ACI finds to withhold your earnings.
The benifits are top notch, however at a premium price. PURCHASE YOUR OWN LIABILITY INSURANCE!
For the average new hire, you will be trained by riding around with another employee, probably an employee that hardly cares about his job. two to three days later you will be tossed into a route and expected to complete 7-12 installs per day. |
