Comments: they were very shady about the pay rate. i went there for training in long island and they told me everything except what the rate of pay would be. i left training 2 days later. they charge you for everything. they charge YOU for insurance, the vehicle in your possetion, tools and they even give you a proper uniform for the elements. you have to work for them 6 days a week and they will rape you on your money.after everything is done, you come home with 500 dollars for doing 30 installations for the whole week. i qwit right away. i refuse to be raped! |

Comments: they have this trainer there who goes by the name of jeremy. he is a total asshole. he doesnt know how to train nor even how to properly handle a ladder. management is only in it for themselves. they dont care about the employees all they want is the work to be done. period end of story! |

Comments: they dont pay well at all. my whole time in training.they never mentioned anything about pay rate. all they said was that you would make 30% of 145.00 for doing an install which is 42.00 but what happens when you have to do an upgrade or something else? thier average was about 20.00 for an upgrade. that means that you will do about six jobs a day and only come home with 150.00 for that day! not to mention by that time you are tired out of your mind. and if a customer is not home or something, you dont get paid. |
