General Comments: Advanced commutations is a very unstructured company. Supervisors do not communicate with upper management. The company is full of crude installers who were prompted to management (they have no formal education). These people cannot even spell correctly or create sentences. The company itself has no regard for the Michigan labor law and violates it all the time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you work for them or have worked for them you should know that it is against the law for ACI to take any money from you check without your written consent “ Public Act 390 of 1978, in section 7(1) states; ". . . an employer shall not deduct from the wages of an employee, directly or indirectly, any amount . . . without the full, free, and written consent of the employee, obtained without intimidation or fear of discharge for refusal to permit the deduction." If this has happened to you I urge you to file a complaint against this company with the state on Michigan. Contact the department of labor wage and hour division |
