| Comments: | ACI has in place a plan to remove your wages from below you. this is L2R .(or labor verses revenue)this is your wage betting that you can populate the company's revenue 120% versus the time takes to the job or jobs .should you fail due to unforseen circumstances (which this job is full of them) your wage will be dropped to the min. wage the state allows in order to compensate for their loss.but this is not your only worry you can also be back charged for failure to follow certain protocol ,so now that your working for min wage putting in 70-80 hour weeks you can be losing $25- $100 in back charges.Mind you all be careful what you sign.read act 390 of 1978 in michigan labor |
