General Comments: ACI is a company of ups and downs. They hire a bunch of newbies to cover the techs that got frustrated and left. It's a good company to work at if you are between jobs. It will make you appreciate a good job later. |

Comments: Management is ineffective at best. They wait until a problem has to be addressed instead of planning ahead. Policy changes from one week to the next so everyone is off balance there. You are never sure what to expect when you walk in on any given day. |

Comments: ACI has decent benefits but the pay sucks. Their training is seriously lacking but it is there. At least once in a while. Trainees are given a song and dance to get them in the mill. Once they are in, all the things they are promised go out the window. If you make it past the first year, you are considered an old-timer since most people are done in under a year. |
