| Comments: | Horrible company to work for, don't do it. Once you get in there it is hard to get out. You don't get your schedule until the day before the next work week and there aren't any set hours so you could work from 8am to 9pm. Sometimes you aren't given your schedule at all and are told just come in and see. Horrible mangement and horrible company, I would rather pick cotton in the fields, Oh lordy... |

| Comments: | There was a time when ACI at least paid alright, but that time has long past. The company is ruthless and doesn't give a damn about its employees. I started as a field tech and was promoted to sup. I was moved from area to area to clean up and shape up the techs. Then when I cleaned up all the areas I was bumped back to a tech. My pay dropped 20,000 a year and most of the time there wasn't any work for me. ACI is at the mercy of comcast and does whatever it says. Upper management doesn't know the first thing about installations or management. Horrible company to work for, if you have a chance to work here jump off a bridge instead. |
