| Comments: | Dreadful company, amazed there hasn't been yet more corporate scandal, Xerox really got ripped off on the takeover. Avoid like the plague, its a terrible place to work, complete dead end. |
| Business Ethics review of Affiliated Computer Services by This Past Employee | |
| Business Ethics Grade: | F (20%) |
| Comments: | There were no ethics here, none at all. To give you an idea, there is a timesheet system. You're meant to enter your hours every day, but people do it last day of month and basically the hours are fabricated. Management not only know full well this is going on, but they then ask you to fabricate your hours even more .... |

| Management and Culture review of Affiliated Computer Services by This Past Employee | |
| Management and Culture Grade: | F (34%) |
| Comments: | I guess it was fun for some. The guy in the cube beside me used to come in 2 hours late, walked past 5 offices of managers, they just ignored him. He spent all day chatting about sport and reading the news online. I guess he had fun, till they laid nearly everyone off. He's been unemployed for a year now. Horrible culture basically. Totally based on the extent to which you are willing to suck up to your boss. In a so called consultation meeting re our jobs we were basically told by management to go and suck up to our managers. Some people actually went and tried to make up stories about collgeagues to save their own jobs. In most workplaces that would be a red light, but not in ACS, no. Everybody got laid off sooner or later, anyway. |
