General Comments: The company has a bunch of directors that directly profit from being stingy,unreasonable and rude to the employees.They tend to micromanage from home every decision that was made.(a lot of Monday morning quarterbacks!)

Comments: The company refuses to modernize even after growing from 30 to 137 airplanes in just a few years,they still have exactly the same numbers of workers in their Maintenance Control today as they had five years ago.
