Comments: Many of the employees feel like they are walking on egg shells a good portion of the time. Most of Allegheny is a "good old boys" network, and they treat women in general (even the professionals as if they are lesser beings

Comments: I needed a computer class to develop a web site as mandated by my supervisor, but was told there was no money for the class. Around that same time, they send on of the satellite managers to a class called, "Communicating with Others". I ended up buying a self teaching software so I could finish the project in the short time frame that I was allotted.
