| Comments: | Bellarmine offers free tuition for its employees. This is a good advantage if you working on a degree. If your not, the low pay makes it hard to survive and work there. |

| Comments: | Overall Bellarmine is not a bad place to work. Typical small collge environment. People are nice and get along well. The big disadvantage as with most educational environments is low compensation. Really low. |
