| Comments: | Working in the IT department here at Coldwater creek is a total nightmare. They are a sweatshop forcing employees to put in 60 hr a week in place of a 40hr. In peak sales time you’re going to be putting in 80hr. I am on call every two weeks where you are required to fix any problems 24/7. I’ve put in a 16hr shift and am on my way home a have to turn right around and put in another 5 hr. I’ve seen co-works fall asleep on the desks because there so spent! |

| Management and Culture review of Coldwater Creek by This Current Employee | |
| Management and Culture Grade: | C- (51%) |
| Comments: | Middle management here is a joke. There all buddies from previous working relationships. These people only concern is to place all high risk responsibility unto the individuals that they manage. Their cowards who get drunk together after work and when there work suffers they jump on the same band wagon and find a fallguy like Fred and get him fired in there place. Shady that’s all I can say about this group of people. At the upper management level there is some really good people that have I believe have no idea what these jokers are doing under there watch. |
