  Overall Grade: D (40%)
General Comments: It's a Family owned, and opperated business, with many untrained, crude upper level department managers. Years ago it was "the place to work", but now that the 2nd generation is running it, with many people inbetween owners and employees, the employee turn-over rate is extreemly high.

Past Employee's Review of Conewago Enterprises, LLC's Business Ethics
  Grade: D (40%)
Comments: Extreamly poor employee relations. Very low employee moral because of their treating employees as an "expendable comody". If injured on the job, even to the extent of broken limbs, one is expected to "return to work, from the hospital". Cannot have any time off even when in extreme pain. Must go to work, even if just sitting on a chair! Always looking to cut costs even at expense of quality. Employees expected, tho not told at hireing, to work 50 to 60+ hours a week, to the extent of driving commercial trucks beyond the house stated by DOT. Extreamly poor maintance of delivery trucks and equipment.

Past Employee's Review of Conewago Enterprises, LLC's Management and Culture
  Grade: D (40%)
Comments: The "almighty dollar" rules. Always buying junk used equipment, and only making enough repairs to keep it running, not restore it to safe and quality condition. Culture........Hires all the hispanics, and other ethenic group employees they can, underpays most of them, and treats them like dirt!
