Comments: Frowned on new ideas. Wondered why they couldn't keep phone reps, but when new ideas were brought up, they always were shot down because managers thought phone reps weren't "worth" implementing these new ideas. I was a manager and had to quit not because how they treated me, but how they treated their employees.
