| Comments: | I would not recommend any person to work at Dillard's. This company only cares about the money. And one thing they have yet to realize is their employees are the ones who help rake in their money. (So start taking better care of employees!!) The store I worked at was a complete HOSTEL environment. Example-the employees did not know the meaning of teamwork.No communication between managers and employees. But the managers would jump at the chance to yell and discipline their workers. The managers were not friendly and acted as if it was the end of the world if they had to come help a customer with a problem. Employees at this store have been literally been getting sick by working at Dillard's.Their health is deteriorating because the work environment is HELL. For employees to go to work and cry is not the way a company should run their business. GET A CLUE! |
