Overall review of Dillards by This Past Employee

Years of Employment: 2006 – 2008
Overall Grade: F (27%)
Comments: Dillard's is the most predjudice company that I have ever worked for and absolutely do care for their employees. T was told at one time that the only way that I or any other employee could take off was that they had to be dead. Working for Dillard's in mangement sucks it takes your life away you have no time for family or friends with only having one day a week off. Dillard's people are current day SLAVE drivers.
