| Comments: | If your looking for a job stay away from dillards. you want to work short hours 5-7hours you wont get a break never. This company is slowly dying its only a matter of time when you see dillards closed keep your fingers cross. |

| Comments: | First off the only reason why people work at dillards is the pay. In this time getting 9.50+ is great and getting paid every thursday is a plus. But coming here everyday is a bore And your other employees are out to get you. |

| Comments: | The need management that need a pulse. Give us employees some freedom.They watch you on the cameras and will yell at you near customers and the employees are racists. the whites are usually together and the blacks,mexicans, and asians are always together. Nobodys friendly. |
