Overall review of Dillards by This Past Employee
Date Reviewed: February 11, 2010
Years of Employment: 2002 – 2008
Overall Grade: F (31%)
Comments: This company is the perfect reason why retail employees should unionize. Nothing about them is fair, and they administer their so called rules ARBITRARILY. Especially their required agreement not to sue. I would welcome a class action by former mistreated employees who have all been screwed one way or another.
