| Business Ethics review of Dillards by This Past Employee | |
| Business Ethics Grade: | F (20%) |
| Comments: | Dillards is the wrost place to work I would not recommend anyone to work for this unethical company especially the one in Atlanta, GA at Atlantic Station by far the wrost management I have ever expereinced in my LIFE. The SM never mentions anything about sales goal Oh excuse me the HIGH unreachable Sales goals. Sales associates fight over customers in front of the customers and the SM doesn't say anything about it, because they like when associates fight to get customers and tackle the customer for a sale. They do not teach the associate how to really sale merchandise no product knowledge what-so-ever. |

| Compensation, Benefits, and Training review of Dillards by This Past Employee | |
| Compensation, Benefits, and Training Grade: | F (20%) |
| Comments: | Dillards may start off paying good but at the end you get cut so much if you dont make your sales. I never seen such in my life. I don't see how this company is still in business. I really think that they like spending money on hiring new people every so many months because they can never keep anyone because of the HIGH SALES GOALS. |
