Comments: Overall Dillard's is a complete failure. The only reason they exist is because it's "Need Based" (Clothing and the like) Hundreds of THOUSANDS of outstanding people who represented Dillard's in an HONORABLE fashion to say the least - are gone to SPH.

Comments: Loyalty, honorable, hard working, being on time everyday, truthful, sincere,comming in for extra hours to help, recognition for displays, selling credit cards - ALL DO NOT COUNT!!!! ONLY ONE THING WILL KEEP YOU AT DILLARD'S...SALES PER HOUR; now how sad is that?
