| Comments: | In the beginning I loved working for Dillards, and it was great for the first three months. Then they hired a new associate (whom they did not train) and threw her on to the floor. She proceeded to steal customers, invade my department as well as the departments of others and steal their customers and sales. Then she started lying and spreading rumors and finally performed an action worthy of sexual harassment and violent threat charges against me and another associate so I took it to the managers. I was assured they would deal with it, but she was not only allowed to keep her job, but was given a raise for stealing sales. They ONLY care about money. Bottom line. If you love crushing others and following customers around and harassing them, this is the job for you. All others beware!!! |

| Business Ethics Grade: | F (27%) |
| Comments: | Managers talk down to you, and reward other employees for stealing sales, using dirty tactics, and NEVER discipline those who legitimately cause problems. |

| Management and Culture review of Dillard's by This Current Employee | |
| Management and Culture Grade: | F (32%) |
| Comments: | I love most of my co-workers, and when left to ourselves to manage things, it is a great atmosphere to work in. The problems come in when managers get involved and give conflicting orders. One minute they tell you to put out stock, the next they tell you to work on markdowns, then they scream at you for not having enough sales. |
