Overall review of Ed Voyles Honda by This Past Employee
Date Reviewed: November 12, 2012
Years of Employment: 2012 – 2012
Overall Grade: D (44%)
Comments: This company keeps losing good people because they don't know how to coach people. When you make a mistake or there is a problem, you just get fired. Talk to your employees and get to know them. Stop putting so much emphasis on surveys. They are unfair and need to be done a different way. People should not have to worry everyday about losing their jobs. It's not a good place to work for your health. They just fire you and move on to the next one. They just don't care.

Comments: It was fun, but employees should not have to go home every night with a stomach ache and a headache worrying if they are going to lose their job.
