| Comments: | I would not recomend Fiesta to anyone unless you were a non english speaking person and had no other options then it's better than starving I suppose. A very poor organization top to bottom . If they want to get rid of you they will find or invent a reason to do just that. Fiesta likes to say they are "fair" , well I would recomend that they get a dictionary and look up the meaning of that word before they ever use "fair" again . Because if they like you you can be late whenever how ever many times you wish but if they don't like you then perfect punctuality will be required. |

| Comments: | Fiesta's policy is to "run through people " is the quote I heard most often . That's their training program to run through people until they stumble upon people who can perform as they wish. They do not believe in developing their people which is the opposite approach of the company I came from.They tell you half of what you need to know then when you make a mistake because of that fact they hold you accountable and threaten your job. Fiesta must be at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to any kind of retail. |
