Comments: Love this place. I have worked for several really bad employers and a few that were just okay. There is really something special about this place. I think a lot of it has to do with it being an employee owned company. Anyways, I am not going anywhere!

Comments: Kapco fills the majority of it's open positions with internal candidates and posts all of its jobs internally (except some temp-to-perm roles). Most employees have been with the company for more than 8-10 years and many more have been there 15-25+ years. That says something good about the environment. They are employee-owned, so there are profit sharing bonuses each quarter, stock ownership benefits, baseball tickets, monthly employee luncheons, outstanding insurance benefits from medical/dental/vision all the way to long term care insurance and everything else you can imagine in between. I am so proud to be an employee of this company. The atmosphere is also very friendly, upbeat, and professional. Definitely the best company I've ever worked for.

Comments: The benefits are unreal... everything you can imagine, many of them company paid. The best is the employee stock ownership. There are employees here with literally hundreds of thousands of dollars in their employee stock ownership accounts. And they're not just VP's or senior managers. Actual salaries are decent and competitive... they're also enhanced by hefty quarterly profit sharing bonuses. Training is mostly on the job.
