| Comments: | Most issues deal with lack of proper leadership/Management misleading prospective employees into the belief that the possibility of a future and or consistent promotions within the organizaion-THEY FLAT OUT LIE TO YOU!!!most employees try to sabotage their fellow co-workers by default due to lack of advancement ie., Lt. vs Cpt. Ofc. vs Sgt etc..Environment perpetuated by Management-Murray's management takes the approach of low pay and high turnover because each employee is expendable.(Tax Break,No Benifits,Pension Etc.) Advice to interested employees its not a long term job.White collar folk need to understand Murray's reputation starts from the ground up so all the client knows and sees are the hard working disgruntled low paid (*blue collar*) I mean Welfare Type Guards Murray chooses to incorporate in their grand scheme of a facade.I didn't choose to work for Murray because of the pay-if your about $$$ or advancement based on merit or senoirity Please I advice you to continue your job hunt.
