Comments: OMX wanted their shelves to plan o gramed 24/7. but if an executive came to visit, you where to told to cover up the missing product. then they wonder why their pogs were not set properly.

Comments: the gm micro managed everyone. she came from another company that fired her and hired her old management team to replace her current team that had been there for years. the gm did not know the systems, and insisted that you did know what you where doing. almost bi polar.

Comments: training. very poor. we received a new program thru computer, but no manual or training. you had to figure out the system yourself, right or wrong. 2months later received a manual, but limited on how the system worked. they had a number call if you had problems, but even they did not know how the system worked either.
