General Comments: I would definitely not waste your time with this company. The turn over rate is EXTREMELY high. It seemed like every week someone wouldn't return to their office after lunch and an email would be sent saying they "resigned". Management tries to make the company look glamorous, intelligent and fun but the reality is, deep down, it's just junk mail. Find a more fulfilling advertising job with a media vehicle that will not be banned in the future by environmentalists :)

Comments: From fancy gifts to gain/keep business to spa "outings" with clients on the company's dime... in most industries this is considered illegal yet it happens all the time here. This company is a joke.

Comments: This company is not for those who have leadership ability or are creative out of the box thinkers. You must be willing to kiss your superior's a**, shut your mouth and follow the 400 procedures to do so. They pay a small "salary", give you a fancy title and make you an exempt employee so they don't have to pay you over time while you work long hours.
