General Comments: To me, the pros did not outweigh the cons. The culture here does not pave the way for a healthy lifestyle.

Comments: I think they bordered on unethical in client retention. Being with the company over time, it seems one starts forgetting what is right versus questionable simply because this is the way things have always been done here (but does that make it right?).

Comments: Definitely not for those who want a life outside of the office. The culture preaches being dedicated at all costs to the client even if that means being a door mat (i.e. late night/weekend calls and assignments).

Comments: In direct mail specific advertising the compensation is normal. Training is good for those completely new to direct mail. Not a ton of training for upper level positions and not enough sales training for account acquisition.
