Comments: Expectations are unrealistic here. I felt like I was working under the gun every day. Can you imagine what that does to your physical and emotional health? Not a week would go by where someone wasn't telling you that you aren't smart enough or fast enough. Turn over is extremely high. It's difficult to be loyal to a company when the company is not loyal to it's own employees. They want you to be open about your feelings but end up using everything you say against you any way.
