Past Employee's Review of Unifi's Business Ethics |

Comments: Unifi may be the world's largest textile company, but it did not get that way without stepping over a few toes (including DuPont and it's own employees). In my eight years of service there were reoccuring cycles of layoffs and rehiring, but no real evidence that these cycles worked. Before you decide to work for this company make sure you know this: The work is a joke and no matter how much they say they are team players someone always manages to stab you in the back to get ahead of you. In the begining years of my employment I would have encouraged you to work for this company, but after Bryan Parke took over it went downhill because of his greediness. (ie. he gave himself a million dollar raise and cut wages for the floor employees). This is just the tip of the iceberg folks. In other words STAY AWAY FROM UNIFI!!! |

Comments: The people you work with at Unifi are average fun-loving people. Great to work with. The work at Unifi isn't that difficult. ( If you don't mind getting burned, cut, and eventually geting lung cancer from breathing in the toxic fumes of the oil used, and spin finish into your lungs.) |
